"XRP Price Volatility Sparks Analyst Prediction of Massive Rally After Clearing Key Resistance"
XRP faced a wild trading session this week, plunging 7% within just 15 minutes before rebounding above critical support. Currently priced at $3.06 with a $181.6 billion market cap, the token is down 1.8% in the past 24 hours. Analysts believe that once XRP breaks its key resistance level, a major bullish surge could follow.

According to Coinglass, over $389 million in leveraged crypto positions were liquidated during XRP’s sudden drop — a move traders describe as a liquidity sweep, not a fundamental selloff.
Pseudonymous analyst ChartRider told The Street Roundtable that the pullback is “short-term pain setting up for long-term fireworks,” predicting a possible retest of the $2.96–$2.91 support zone before a breakout. “If we flush into that range and reverse, it’s game on,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Ripple vs. SEC lawsuit has finally concluded. The legal battle, which began in December 2020, ended with Judge Analisa Torres ruling in July 2023 that institutional XRP sales were securities transactions but public exchange sales were not — resulting in a $125 million penalty for Ripple Labs.
